Self Catering Holiday Cottage at Cefn Eithin, Bethesda Bach, Llanwnda, Caernarfon, Gwynedd LL54 5SF.
The cottage is approached from the courtyard and the cottage patio area. The courtyard ground surface has loose chipping stone and the cottage patio area has the same surface with some stone slabs on one end. Luggage can be unloaded 10 metres away from the cottage at the parking area.
Public transport (bus stop) is on the main road, approximately 400 metres away.
Lounge Entrance door frame step 80mm, main entrance door width 700mm.
Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen.
Sitting area with 1 large sofa and armchair.
Breakfast bar separating lounge area and kitchen: height Kitchen entrance 1000mm, worktop height 900mm, drop down oven door.
Remote control TV/DVD.
Bedroom and bathroom doors width 700mm.
One bedroom has double bed with access on both sides, the second bedroom has one bunk bed with access from one side only.
Access to second smaller 'bunk bed' bedroom is via bathroom.
Feather pillows. Polyester duvets with poly cotton covers and sheets. Wool blankets available.
Light switches and power points at sensible heights.
Mobile phone reception variable. In emergency please ask to use owner's phone.
Bath height 580mm, toilet height 430mm, entrance to walk in shower has one large step height 170mm and shower entrance is 500mm.
Emergency numbers are displayed in white folder kept in Lounge area.
The owner's home is attached to Eithin Bach and the owners are available to assist whenever possible.
